In July I received calls two times from a man named Jon trying to deliver a summons. Of course the number was 000-000-0. I have received two calls from a woman named Olivia Watson.she was also trying to serve a summons. Her last call said due to her not being able to deliver the summons, it would be considered a failure to appear in court. They leave an 855-393-3793 number at the end of call. They also said they would need my boss to sign off .

OMG - this is the same problem I am have from this same number: 800-900-1380. a year os so ago they would call 2-3 times a day. Answered 1 time and they asked if this was (last name) residence - I said yes how can I help you. They said the were looking for Betty or Richard (last name). I told them there is no one living here by that name and asked them to stop calling. Then all of a sudden we are getting calls from the same number - 800-900-1380- for the same reason looking for a Karen (last name). Again - no and please stop calling this number. It wasnt 15 mins later they called again. I believe they get all the last names from the national directory and just start calling numbers with the same last name in a given area looking for a specific person. How do we stop this insidious harassment? It seems to be a lot from the same number.

I just a call from these clowns and they would not answer after I picked up. I have a policy of asking if someone is there three times and staying on the line for at least five to ten seconds. I didnt hear a sound and hung up. I followed this up by using *57 so that Comcast can track the call in the future. Here is a list of things you can do to bring these calls to an end. After you hang-up you need to immediately enter *57 so that your phone carrier (Comcast, Verizon, etc.) can log details about the call that you cannot see. A call log that contains the number, date, and time and the group making the call, if possible. It is also very helpful to search the internet for anymore information on the number that called you. Finally, after you receive three to four calls (Comcasts suggestion) you can file a complaint with the www,ics3.gov web site and I have been warned it could take a couple of months for a response.
