I waited for the call to end from this number and then called back. I received a message stating that Id reached a disconnected number with the recording also saying qvz19, whatever that means. How is it that I can receive a call from a disconnected number? Incredible!

As a potential client, shouldnt I have the right to speak English in this country when they call asking for my business @ 9pm when I have just gotten my two young kids to bed? I live in Quebec so I do speak French.

Thats not exactly so... All my familys phones (land lines and cell phones) are registered with the state and national no-call registries... My husband is still getting calls from these people...

This number is used to hide where the call is actually coming from. I believe the person who called is contacting people whose house was foreclosed.

Has texted several times in the past few days only ever saying "Hey". Did not reply when I asked who it was.

Never, Never, ever answer to this number, or any of the numbers mentioned here below this text, just don't do it. Just Don't pick up the phone, because if you do, you will open the hell gate in your life: (Criminal scam, phone hacker, fraud from almost all kind, telemarketer, spoof, freak and harassing calls all the time, day and night...etc). Don't think about asking them to remove your name from their "CALLING LIST" or using with them your legal rights for the use of the so called "NO CALLING LIST", it's useless, they don't even give a damn about it (despite what they can tell you if you ask them to do so), just call the police in your area to trace these annoying people, or call Phone Busters at 888-495-8501, or at least, get your phone company or CRTC involved fast in that matter befor it's too late for you, and maybe for your family as well, who knows.
