
The Serbain crown
This kilim originated from the 19th century after the state coat of arms of the Kingdom of Serbia has been established. The surface around the coat of arms is with motifs of two-headed
eagles and “ocila” – being identical as on the central coat of arms. The kilim beloungs to the decorative ones for the wall and it is made in the size of a six-ells kilim or the one called “sidžade”.
